Clinically-assisted Nutrition and Hydration Supporting Decision Making: Ensuring Best Practice

Chaired by Dr John Chisholm CBE, Medical Ethics Committee Chair, BMA, this conference focuses on recent developments, improving decision making and best practice with regard to Clinically Assisted Nutrition and Hydration.

In the Summer of 2018 it was decided by the supreme court that decisions regarding clinically assisted nutrition and hydration no longer had to be routinely referred to the court which puts decision making about this important and often ethically charged decision making in the hands of doctors. The conference will include sessions focusing on implementing the December 2018 BMA/RCP guidance on Clinically Assisted Nutrition and Hydration.

Registrants can claim a 20% discount with code hcuk20hth. If you would like coverage for your organisation at the event, we can include your logo on the conference brochure and web page linked to your site and your inserts in the delegate packs.
