Glasgow Science Festival: Modern Medicine and Death – An Unhealthy Relationship?

This interactive event will explore how societal attitudes to dying shape modern medicine.  Speakers: Richard Smith, Lancet Commission on the Value of Death; Seamus O’Mahoney, author, “The Way we Die Now”, D. Robin Taylor, author, “Coping with Crisis”  and Libby Sallnow, palliative care physician working in London.
