This course will give you clear, realistic and expert approaches to the common psychiatric problems experienced by patients with concurrent advanced illness. It will focus on personality disorder, pain control in people with substance abuse, agitation and dementia in advanced disease, a desire for an early death and the psychiatric side effects of cancer and cancer treatments. It will enable you to stay abreast of innovative approaches and important legal changes.
