It started when Kastner was looking into prenatal care and realized that she didn’t recognize many of the medical terms being used. After the inception of Ability4Life, a website geared towards caring for ageing parents, Kastner began visiting twitter and realized there were tweets centred on end-of-life discussions. That’s when she created Best Endings, a site dedicated to end-of-life wishes.
