Within the network, they have a collective of Advance Care Planning Champions (ACPC) who help to facilitate conversations that address the social, legal, financial, medical, and spiritual elements of advance care planning.
Throughout the week of April 16th, the NSMHPCN has planned several events around the Simcoe/Muskoka, ON region. They also invite communities to participate in an interactive “Before I Die I want to…” exhibit to help people reflect on and talk about their wishes.
