2nd notice: tender for final evaluation of international children’s palliative care project

Since 2010 Hospice UK has been working with the International Children’s Palliative Care Network (ICPCN) to address the need for appropriate children’s palliative care, with pain relieving medicines, for children in Malawi and Maharashtra state in India.

The project has been funded by the UK’s Department for International Development and will come to a close in March 2015.

Hospice UK is seeking an experienced programme evaluator, with expertise in monitoring and evaluating international health projects.

Knowledge of the challenges facing palliative care development in resource poor settings will be an advantage.

The evaluator will be expected to spend approximately 1 week in each country in March 2015.

The deadline for submitting offers is Monday 12 January 2015.
