Friday 8th October 2021, is a day for raising international awareness of the need for children’s palliative care and the work of children’s palliative care services worldwide. Once again, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic – we are including masks – so it is ‘Hats and Masks on for Children’s Palliative Care”.
We recognise that this year, holding events may be challenging, but don’t worry, even if you are on your own, put on your hat and mask, take a selfie, and put it on social media with the hashtag, #HatsOn4CPC
Exciting news! We are working on a special Resources Toolkit, which will include logos for you to download, a media template, suggested social media wording and a letter to help you advocate for specialist children’s palliative care. Watch this space!
