The charity, which supports children with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions and their families throughout the UK, has made the new factsheet available to download from its website.
The factsheet provides information about national charities (such as CLIC Sargent and the Teenage Cancer Trust) that offer support to children who have been diagnosed with cancer and their families.
Charities included in the resource offer financial and emotional support, practical help and comfort as well as respite breaks and accommodation for families during treatment.
It also gives details of charities whose work is focused in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The factsheet is part of a series of 30 resources – all available on the Together for Short Lives website – that are designed to help families of children with life-limiting illnesses, covering a wide range of topics.
