Bangalore Hospice Trust – Karunashraya, based in Bengaluru, India, is one of the country’s leading palliative care organizations, providing compassionate care to patients with advanced-stage cancer. Through our 73-bed hospice in Bengaluru, 110-bed hospice in Odisha, and extensive home care services, we support patients and families with quality palliative and end-of-life care.
All our services are provided completely free of charge, in fact, we do not have a billing counter.
We are currently seeking donations of syringe drivers, which are essential for symptom management and end-of-life care. The devices presently in use at Karunashraya, generously donated many years ago by Dr Jeremy R. Johnson MBE, former Director of Education and Research at Karunashraya, have unfortunately outlived their useful life, and we are in urgent need of replacements. Any assistance in connecting us with individuals or organizations willing to donate syringe drivers would be greatly appreciated and would help us continue providing compassionate care to those who need it most.
