Ramona Loxton of Hospice said: “In December 2014, our patient carrier was stolen from our locked yard which left us in a very difficult position when transporting patients to day care. We have submitted various applications for donation towards a new patient carrier but to no avail.
Loxton said Hospice would like to thank the following: “Our generous donor who made it possible for us to purchase this vehicle; Tony Lyon-Lewis, our helpful volunteer fleet manager who negotiated the purchase of the vehicle and delivered it to our excited team; Nissan Knysna for their advice as to purchasing a vehicle that will meet our needs; and for Loerie Signs for fixing our logo to our van.”
