Coach Parry says, “We encourages athletes to register for the seminars as they will provide a step by step guide to help you prepare properly for the race, avoid the common causes for injury and give you an opportunity to ask questions from the experts.”

The 46th Down Run in Comrades history will be run on Sunday, 10 June 2018, starting at the Pietermaritzburg City Hall at 5h30 and finishing 12 hours later at Durban’s iconic Moses Mabhida Stadium.
