Help the Hospices was founded in 1984 and is the leading charity supporting hospice care throughout the UK.
Our work aims to represent and support our member hospices and work with them and other organisations to develop and improve hospice and palliative care throughout the UK and across the world.
Increasing revenue from advertising and sponsorship opportunities is vital to ensuring that Help the Hospices remains a sustainable organisation. This newly created position, based within the fundraising new business team, will take the lead on developing and implementing the advertising and sponsorship income strategy for ehospice, events and publications, securing investment from suitable organisations across a range of industries.
The ideal candidate will be a tenacious and results-driven individual who is able to create compelling packages that offer shared value, leading to long-lasting relationships. They will possess direct sales and marketing experience, and a track record in securing advertising/sponsorship income and surpassing sales targets.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively manage a varied workload, strong I.T skills and be willing to undertake other tasks within the Corporate Partnerships team as directed. An interest in healthcare or the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
