St Cuthbert’s Hospice is looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal & team working skills to join its expanding fundraising team.
In 2013, St Cuthbert’s Hospice launched its five year strategic plan, with a focus on making the hospice more sustainable and equipped to respond to the palliative care needs of the local community. The expansion of our successful Development Team is an opportunity for us to raise additional funds to meet the goals set out in the plan.
We are looking for an Assistant Fundraiser to support the Community & Events team in the organization and execution of fundraising events and activities.
This role will also include supporting the effective coordination of volunteers to support fundraising activities. Working under the supervision of the Senior Community & Events Fundraiser you will support in the administration of the events programme and other community-led activities. This role will be well suited to a creative and organised individual, with a desire to build skills in fundraising & events as well as to build relationships with our fantastic team of volunteers.
If you believe in and demonstrate our values, want to make a difference and share our passion for the work of the Hospice then we would very much welcome an application from you.
St Cuthbert’s Hospice is committed to promoting equality and diversity within the workforce and welcomes applications from all sectors of the community.
