St Cuthbert’s Hospice is looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal and team working skills to join its expanding fundraising team.

In 2013, St Cuthbert’s Hospice launched its five year strategic plan, with a focus on making the hospice more sustainable and equipped to respond to the palliative care needs of the local community. The expansion of our successful Development Team is an opportunity for us to raise additional funds to meet the goals set out in the plan.

We are looking for an Assistant Donor Development Fundraiser to administer the database; recording donation income accurately and ensuring that donation acknowledgements are sent in a timely manner. As part of this role you will also support with the execution of database development work and marketing activities to promote donor development across the fundraising portfolio.

This role will be well suited to someone that is highly organised, has an eye for detail and has a pro active approach in the improvement of systems & procedures.
