Salary: £52,506 – £63,411 (including Higher Cost Allowance) 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion to head up the further development and promotion of our Out-patients & Therapies Service (OP&T) ensuring quality of delivery on both of our sites and in patients’ homes.

Reporting to the Director of Patient & Family Support, you will be the OP&T lead in the senior management team, as well as ambassador for our award-winning Winchmore Hill site.

Over the last few years we have expanded the range of our service to a greater number of patients as well as carers. Following a scoping exercise we are investing to extend the variety of our services even further.

You will therefore lead an enhanced multi-disciplinary team to co-design the future model to become an integrated component to what we offer, enabling wider access for patients and carers.

With strong people, managerial and leadership skills and having successfully delivered significant organisational change elsewhere you will be instrumental in delivering our next chapter of service development and Winchmore Hill site reputation.
