Care and Support Services Operations Manager
From £44K depending upon experience / 37 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for you to step into a new and influential role that will provide day to day operational management for all our care and support services.
Reporting to the Clinical Services Director, this is an ideal role for someone with a proven track record of managing, influencing and delivering high quality services. You will be responsible for managing diverse staff teams across the community, ward and day care whilst actively leading on service transformation, to enhance our presence within local communities.
You will have successfully led a patient/service focused area and thrive on managing change and supporting and developing high performing teams. You will support our aim for ‘everyone to have the very best experiences in the final chapters of their life’ and strive to achieve this through a collaborative approach.
