St Richard’s Hospice is a registered charity serving a population of approximately 290,000, to provide a full range of specialist palliative care services for adults in South Worcestershire. The hospice is purpose built with 16 beds, day hospice facilities and provides the base for family support and community teams, and the South Worcestershire Bereavement Support Service.
We are seeking a care quality coordinator to support the care director, medical director and heads of department to ensure that the hospice maintains high quality clinical care, and provides assurance and evidence that clinical outcomes meet Care Quality Commission standards and commissioner’s requirements. The post holder will have experience of clinical audit and will be educated to degree level with a clinical qualification. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential to liaise at all levels to ensure effective monitoring, reporting and where necessary, reviewing systems and processes.
Hours: 30 hours per week
