Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
£30,229.03 – £33,587.81 (after 6 month probationary period)
Working within the hospice education department and closely linked to the clinical team, as a senior nurse you will be involved with the development and delivery of internal and external clinical and end of life care education.
Initially the post holder will be working on the new ‘Community Transform Programme’. This is a long term programme that involves classroom based and on-the-job training in End of Life Care. You will work in the community with a wide range of professionals such as GPs, District Nurses, social care and mental health teams.
