The National Gold Standards Framework Centre for End of Life Care require a Clinical Lead Nurse/Trainer for GSF Programmes in health and social care
An exciting opportunity for an exceptional dynamic motivated nurse leader/ educationalist experienced in palliative/ end of life care to join the expanding National GSF Team, be involved in national roll-out and developments with the National GSF Centre in End of Life Care. This includes involvement in teaching in several settings depending on experience (hospitals, primary care, care homes, domiciliary care, and other settings and subjects) and the development of exciting new initiatives.
You will:
- work with National Clinical Lead and a talented team, to support development and dissemination of GSF End of Life Care programmes
- have an appetite to improve end of life care in different settings
- contribute to the development of strategic and operational improvements in EOLC
- contribute to the effective delivery of these GSF training programmes
- be supported to be comfortable training in settings you may not be familiar with
- have a working knowledge of the public sector and The GSF programmes
- nursing qualification is essential, education experience an advantage
Salary: Band 7-8 depending on experience.
