You will be a key member of the team responsible for promoting Nottinghamshire Hospice and raising awareness of fundraising events and opportunities within the local community. You will plan and develop a programme of engagement with schools, churches and local community groups. This will involve giving presentations to these groups and attending community events in order to raise income and awareness.

You will plan and develop a programme of challenges to raise income and awareness.

You will need previous experience within a charity having raised funds in a community setting and will have excellent time management skills.
The ability to manage more than one project at any one time is essential.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of achieving and exceeding income targets within the not for profit sector. Be a highly flexible, team player with strong communication, time management and organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office/databases.

The successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
