Chestnut Tree House is the only children’s hospice in Sussex. We provide specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-shortening illnesses across East and West Sussex and south east Hampshire.
Do you have the passion, drive and enthusiasm to be part of a successful and energetic team working to expand our care services and fundraising in East Sussex? Covering an area that includes Brighton, Hove, Lewes and Crowborough, we are looking for a team player with experience in either fundraising or sales development or account management. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with well-developed presentation skills and a ‘can-do’ approach to help us develop relationships and maximise funds from the local community.
This role will involve working with volunteers, schools, community groups and our friends groups, so the applicant must enjoy working in varied situations and be able to communicate with a wide range of different people. The right applicant must have a real hunger for helping to grow income and develop new relationships.

A driving licence and car are essential for this post as you will be required to travel across East Sussex and to Chestnut Tree House in Arundel. The office base for this post will be either Eastbourne or Arundel and some out of hours working will also be involved.
