SALARY RANGE £44,077 to £48,118 PA
37.5 HOURS PER WEEK (possible job share) – PERMANENT

Saint Francis Hospice is a dynamic forward thinking organisation with a multi professional workforce delivering specialist palliative care via an eighteen bedded in patient unit, a specialist community and crisis support service, a hospice at home service and a specialist day therapy unit. Alongside these clinical services the education centre has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality education programmes and study days.

This role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to lead the team during implementation of the 5 year hospice strategic vision in the provision of high quality specialist palliative care community services for patients. This opportunity has the added benefit of encouraging development of strategic planning skills and change management skills as we embark on an exciting future.
