Staff Support and Clinical Supervision are high priorities for us at Myton Hospice, and we are keen to ensure that this is offered to those staff who need it, particularly those who work closely with our patients and their families. Although we provide some supervision and support, we are now in a position to forge new relationships with external and internal stakeholders to strengthen this, and we would like your help to identify what we might offer.
We are looking for a skilled individual, who has an understanding of psychological care, and possibly organisational support and supervision, to quickly and efficiently undertake this exploratory work with us, as well as present us with recommendations for the future. The project is outlined in the project brief and must be completed by August 17th. Applicants should ideally be in a position to start immediately on notification of their successful tender and must be able to complete the project by the end date.
