St Catherine’s Hospice is a charity which provides free care and support to local people living with a terminal illness.
We are currently seeking a Data Insight & Supporter Services Manager, this new post will enable support for our Fundraising and Marketing Team, through the provision of high quality data and supporter services management.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your expertise to make a real difference to the care we provide. You will have strong communication and customer service skills . You will be able to inspire, influence and motivate at all levels, to ensure the delivery and high standard of donor care and effective administration of donations and tax-effective giving.
You must have an excellent understanding and experience of relationship databases/CRM systems, preferably Raisers Edge. You will have the ability to understand and analyse data to be able to segment, report on performance, export and import and generate queries and mailings.
