We are recruiting for a challenging and stimulating new position of part time Director of Marketing. This fixed term role will focus on supporting Help the Hospices in our exciting re-brand which will help us strengthen our profile as the national charity for hospice care.

The role holder will have significant marketing experience at a director level and with experience of a national brand launch to enable them to drive forward this critical area of work. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy to cover the re-branding from brand concept to launch across all on-line and off-line media and to all key stakeholders internally and externally. As part of the rebranding process the role will play a major part in the development of our new website. The role will also build the brand locally, regionally and nationally, whilst forging global brand links.

Reporting to the Chief Executive the role will manage external agencies and work collaboratively across the charity whilst providing strong leadership as part of the senior management team. The role will be require excellent communication skills and a strong stakeholder focus enhanced by effective interpersonal skills. There will be a need to develop strong relationships with members, supporters, key stakeholders and suppliers.
