St Catherine’s Hospice is the leading local provider of end-of-life and palliative care in East Surrey and north West Sussex. Last year we provided care and support to over 1,700 patients, as well as their families, carers and friends. With a long-standing reputation for expertise and excellence, we are seeking a Nursing Director to build on our success and drive forward our new strategy with passion and focus.
As our Nursing Director you will be accountable for ensuring the provision of delivering high quality responsive nursing, therapy and counselling services which are targeted to reach more people year on year. You’ll be used to working within a values driven organisation and be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise and innovative thinking to meet St Catherine’s ambitious objectives.

St Catherine’s is based in Crawley, West Sussex, ideally situated, just ten minutes walk away from the mainline rail station and the town centre.
