We now have the opportunity for you to join the team at Wheatfields Hospice, Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Job Summary

You will educate and develop staff in their roles and competencies in order to deliver high quality evidence based care for service users. You will contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of education and training and will participate in the mandatory and priority training programme under the direction of the Practice Educator. You will facilitate the development of changes and innovation across the hospice and services provided.

You will have strong facilitation skills and experience in teaching and learning.

You will also demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality services and be dedicated to staff development, education and clinical effectiveness.
