Have you got the skills to support care agencies through the ‘Six Steps’ Programme and End of Life Care?
A one year part-time fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for a Health and Social Care Professional with at least two years Palliative Care experience.
The facilitator will work alongside our other care in the community ventures with the Education Team at St. John’s Hospice in supporting care agencies in Lancaster and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have organisational and IT/audit skills in order to keep an up-to-date register.
