The launch of the new clinical database EMIS at East Cheshire Hospice now enables health and social care professionals to access EPaCCS (the Electronic Palliative Care Coordination System), supporting important end of life care decisions and conversations between patients and professionals across Eastern Cheshire to be recorded and shared between health care settings.
