At Trinity Hospice we are proud of being Blackpool’s ‘local charity’, providing specialist palliative care to adults and children living with life limiting illnesses. We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a new Event Fundraiser to join our Fundraising Team. This is an ideal role for someone with event or fundraising experience looking for the next step.

Events are a vital income stream for Trinity, with an annual fundraising target of £300,000 and aspirations to develop this further. We are looking for a creative individual who is highly organised, passionate about our work and enthusiastic to develop their fundraising and income generation skills to help develop our events fundraising programme.

You will have experience of leading event, fundraising or marketing projects, achievement of ambitious income targets, along with excellent marketing and analytical skills and the ability to demonstrate accuracy with good attention to detail. You will have the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to deadlines, whilst always being aware of the sensitive nature of our work and position as a local charity. As a first point of contact for all events you will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to use your own initiative is essential for this role.
