St Andrew’s Hospice in Airdrie was opened by the Religious Sisters of Charity in 1986 & provides Specialist Palliative Care to up to 120 patients from across North and South Lanarkshire each week. We provide care encompassing Human Dignity, Compassion, Justice, Advocacy and Quality.

For this post you will lead the Facilities Management and IT services for the hospice. Promoting excellence in service you will manage the IT infrastructure and provide a comprehensive facilities management service with responsibility for the management of housekeeping, catering, IT and maintenance staff.

The candidate should hold a facilities management qualification with demonstrable success of project management and effective multidisciplinary team working. It is desirable that you have experience of facilities management within the care sector (either statutory or Third Sector)and an understanding of IT network infrastructure. You should evidence your strategic, innovation, development and leadership skills for this role and be able to work flexibly as the role demands.
