St Nicholas Hospice Care continues to develop more community based palliative care services across West Suffolk and South Norfolk.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the already established Family Support Team.
Do you have excellent interpersonal skills? Are you experienced in working with adults and their wider support networks at times of loss or crisis? Can you build and support resilience in others?
St Nicholas Hospice Care is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Support Worker to co-ordinate and develop its adult bereavement support programmes, as well as the undertaking of some generic case work with people of all ages.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in counselling or social care and significant experience in the coordination and delivery of projects designed to support those in crisis to ultimately support themselves.
Full induction/training and development opportunities will be available to the right person.
