Fundraising Partnerships Manager (Major Donors, Corporate and Community)

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and will involve some weekend working

The Fundraising Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of corporate partners and high-net-worth donors for St Giles Hospice in order to achieve an ambitious annual income targets within agreed ROI levels.

They will be responsible for the development and account management of new and existing corporate partners in order to increase support, participation and income in line with the Hospice’s Business Plan and Strategy.

Reporting to the Income Generation Manager they will line-manage and support the staff involved in lower-level corporate partnerships and who also develop new and existing community fundraising partnerships and initiates.

Our ideal candidate will have advanced relationship building skills, be results driven, a confident communicator and bursting with ideas to grow our fundraising from Partnerships. Their experience of fundraising will enable them to provide expert insight into the fundraising market, which is imperative to the development and implementation of the strategy for high-net-worth individuals, corporate and community partnerships

They will have a proven track record of working in fundraising with evidence of success in generating high levels of income. With St Giles Hospice you will actively contribute to creating and implementing strategy and annual plans to harness relationships and deliver growth in our income.

Your strong organisational skills and experience as a fundraiser and manager will enable you to develop members of the fundraising team, supporting them to achieve income targets.

This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced, confident and dynamic individual to help us to secure the funding we require to deliver our Hospice objectives.

The role will be based at St Giles Hospice in Whittington but will involve being out and about in the community.
