East Lancashire Hospice provides high quality specialist palliative and end of life care for people with a life limiting illness including care and support for those that matter to them.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated, innovative health professional with proven management and clinical leadership skills to work autonomously in shaping and developing our community services to meet the needs of the diverse population we serve.
Through effective coaching and role modelling you will develop, empower and motivate the skill-mixed team consisting of specialist nurses, registered nurses, healthcare care assistants and medical staffing thus securing excellence in service quality and the most positive outcomes for those accessing our services.
