Salary: Rennie Grove Band 8a
Rennie Grove’s mission is to offer excellent palliative and end-of-live care based around patients and their families both day and night. The Education & Training Team supports the professional development of our clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure that our patients (over 2,000 each year) receive the highest level of care.
This role is a key post to develop and deliver our organisational education strategy and develop our collaborative work with other palliative care providers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Rennie Grove Education & Training strategy and identifying and addressing the professional development needs of Rennie Grove staff in conjunction with HR and department heads. You will have (or be working towards) a Masters level degree in palliative care or another specialism relevant to the provision of our service and hold other relevant qualifications.
