Salary: £43,079 – £53,271 per annum

We are seeking to appoint a Head of Fundraising with passion, ambition and imagination to drive the income generation of the Hospice forward. You will deliver a programme of prestigious, impactful and inspiring fundraising events and build long term relationships within the Business Community in Scotland.
You will manage a large diverse team, lead our extensive retail activity and further develop our lottery service. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience in all areas of fundraising including, community, regional and corporate fundraising with an established understanding of supporter acquisition and growth. We are looking for an individual who has a good grasp of strategy and can lead and develop excellent team working to deliver success. Experience of leading fundraising programmes across multiple income streams is essential.
The Hospice provides specialist palliative care services to the people of Lanarkshire.
