Salary: £14,057 – £18,373 per annum, pro rata
Both positions working 30hrs over 4 days
St Ann’s Hospice delivers a Hospice at Home service to patients, families and carers across the Salford and Trafford communities.
The team provides nursing care to patients with life limiting illness within their own living environment and supports their families and carers.
The service currently operates 7 days a week 9 – 5, the service is under review and is looking to expand its hours of operation.
As a member of the hospice at home team you will deliver holistic palliative care whilst also working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
You should possess good communication skills and have the ability to work alone as well as under supervision.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, as would an NVQ Level 2/3 qualification.
