The conference will focus on maximising income in a challenging and growing market and looking at niche and specialist areas hospices can develop to ensure sustainability. Sessions will look at bridging gaps in hospice retail and share best practice and innovation in specialist areas such as vintage, house-clearance, as well as looking at retail activity more broadly.
Speakers include Richard C Taylor, Executive Director, Fundraising and Supporter Marketing, Cancer Research UK, Nikki Pattinson, Retail Speaker and Demos Researcher Ally Pagent speaking about their ‘Giving Something Back’ report.
This conference will offer workshops and speakers to inform and inspire delegates with new ideas and ways of working. There will also be opportunities for networking and idea sharing.
