St Catherine’s Hospice is a charity that provides free care and support to local people living with a terminal illness. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Individual Giving Fundraising Manager to join St Catherine’s Fundraising and Marketing team. You will be a first-class communicator, with a minimum of three years experience of managing and developing an integrated programme of Individual Giving activity, using data analytics to drive growth and sustainable activity. You will also be able to inspire, motivate and develop the Individual Giving team, to deliver a net income target of £1.3m.
Your role will be to lead and manage the Individual Giving programme, which delivers sustainable, long term income for the hospice, through direct marketing appeals, in memory giving, regular giving and our lottery.
