St Helena Hospice is a dynamic, independent hospice, with a strong commitment to interdisciplinary team work and close, effective relationships with the CCG’s, NHS Trusts and local clinical networks. Established in 1985, it is the provider of specialist palliative care to the community of North East Essex.
We are looking for a Major Donor Manager to research and cultivate relationships with high net worth individuals to encourage them to become Major Donors and support St Helena Hospice.
Educated to degree level or equivalent with proven experience of Major Donor Fundraising, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a sound Major Donor strategy to significantly increase both short and long term income streams.
The successful candidate must have strong organisational and planning skills, and will be confident to present to and approach individuals for funding.
