The publications cover a range of end of life care topics such as advance decisions to refuse treatment and extra care housing. There are a number of ‘route to success’ guides, which look at the importance of occupational therapy and social work at the end of life, and guides on improving end of life care for people with learning disabilities and for people in hostels or who are homeless.
Hard copies are available free of charge, so long as postage and packaging are paid. Full details of the available resources are available on the NCPC website, where orders can also be placed.
