The ELCQuA tool is freely available to health and social care organisations providing end of life care services in England.
The tool is designed to support providers and commissioners in delivering high quality end of life care, by enabling them to monitor how their service is doing and compare their services with similar organisations locally and nationally.
The free online training session is being held between 1.30pm and 2.30pm on Monday 3 February 2014 via Webex.
The topics being covered are:
- how can ELCQuA help hospices improve their care?
- undertaking an assessment
- benchmarking and comparing performance
- creating reports
- resources and support.
If you are interested in joining this free training session, simply register online. (You will need a computer and telephone to be able to take part)
