Based at St Clare Hospice, Hastingwood, CM17 9JX
Salary: circa £28K pro rata
Hours: 30 – 37.5 hours per week (subject to increase in hours pending a review of service)
Due to exciting service expansion at St Clare, we are looking for new members to join our team, helping us lead the way for local Hospice care.

Are you a qualified, motivated experienced Social Worker able to work with families, adults and children, wishing to be part of an exciting new team working in loss and transitions?
We are looking for an energetic, creative person to work as a member of the Hospice multi-disciplinary team providing a holistic approach to patients and their families.
The post will require an enhanced disclosure check with the Disclosure and Barring Service against national and local police records and the Department of Health Protection of children, young people and vulnerable adults list.
