An exciting job opportunity has arisen to join the well established Community Specialist Palliative Care Team at North London Hospice for a 2-year Project Manager post.
North London Hospice is working with Macmillan Cancer Support on a community innovation project to enhance and improve our current established Community Specialist Palliative Care Services. The purpose is to deliver additional interventions around treatment and to provide flexible support to patients earlier on in their pathway and end-of-life care.
This post is joint-funded between North London Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support.
We are looking for a candidate who has the skills to lead on an integrated project within the organization and with other stakeholders in different health care settings. The successful must have excellent organizational skills, experience of working in a health or social care setting and previous experience of being involved in a project. They must have excellent communication skills and have the ability and flexibility to be motivated to work alone or within a team.
