Salary: £8,574 p.a. (FTE £14,290) + Bonus
St. Barnabas Hospice offers specialist palliative care through two hospices: St. Barnabas House adult hospice in Worthing and Chestnut Tree House, the children’s hospice in Sussex. Our shops and Distribution Centre provide one of our most important revenue streams and offer quality items and a friendly service.
Working alongside and deputising for the Shop Manager, you will be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the shop in the manager’s absence and for providing excellent customer service and support for our volunteers. Previous retail, sales, customer-facing or supervisory experience preferred.
