An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Retail Manager in our Spennymoor Shop If you think that you can make a difference and share our passion for the work of the Hospice we would very much welcome an application from you.
As a Retail Shop Manager you will manage the daily operation of a Retail Charity Shop and lead the team to effectively achieve the sales budget and control costs.
The successful applicant will be a team player and have demonstrable management experience in retail / customer service in the commercial or voluntary sector. Personal attributes to include the ability to work on self initiative, able to successfully lead and motivate a team, possess excellent communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and promote the profile of the Hospice. You will be expected to work a two week rota ie week l Thur/Fri/Sat, week 2 Mon/Tues/Wed with some flexibility within this to cover holidays and service need.
