£21,388 to £27,901 per annum
St Gemma’s has a fundraising target of over £6 million per year. A self-motivated individual is required to work as part of our busy, dynamic and successful team.
You will be responsible for developing and managing corporate partnerships across the city as well as managing a portfolio of events. Previous experience in fundraising, event management and staff management is essential for the role. Experience of working with volunteers is desirable. You will need excellent computer, communication and presentation skills.
It is essential that you have the ability to plan effectively and meet tight deadlines. You will be responsible for a large financial target for both yourself and the member of staff you line manager which will involve providing income reports for your line manager as well as managing your expenditure budgets. Excellent time management is essential in this role due to the large workload and demanding supporter database.
You must be able to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends). Ability to drive and use of a car is essential.
