£29,493 – £34,935 per annum, pro rata, 2 year fixed term contract (subject to funding)

Saint Francis Hospice is a dynamic, forward thinking organisation delivering specialist palliative care services via an 18 bedded in-patient unit, a community palliative care service and a specialist palliative care therapy unit. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Senior Social Worker to join an established Family Support team supporting the children and families of patients under our care, both within the hospice and in the community we serve. 

The Family Support Service is a multi-skilled, friendly and supportive team who enthusiastically look forward to welcoming a new member. We are looking for someone who can work flexibly and imaginatively to work therapeutically with children and their carers, both pre and post bereavement, using individual and group work.
