St Catherine’s Hospice is a leading local provider of end-of-life and palliative care in Surrey and West Sussex. Last year we provided care and support to over 1,700 patients, as well as their families, carers and friends. 

We have a new three year strategy to reach more people with our services and this new role is pivotal to our plans. This is an exciting time to join St Catherine’s Hospice in a newly created role to lead on service redesign and development.

We offer excellent conditions of employment including a generous pension scheme and annual leave entitlement. We are located in Crawley, West Sussex, within commuting distance from Brighton and London and just a 5 minute walk from Crawley railway station.
