St Catherine’s Hospice is the leading local provider of end-of-life and palliative care in East Surrey and north West Sussex. Last year we provided care and support to over 1,700 patients, as well as their families, carers and friends.
Are you passionate about using performance and service related data to improve service delivery and make a difference to service users?
This is an exciting opportunity to join St Catherine’s Hospice in a newly created role to enable and promote the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology across our services for patients and carers.
The role involves working collaboratively with managers and staff of all services to ensure effective and efficient use of systems and databases to support continuous service improvement.
You will have extensive experience of developing and maintaining databases, an ability to translate data into useful information and to create accurate and complex statistical reports. You will also have an understanding of the importance of data, information and knowledge in a health/social care environment and an understanding of the principles of information governance in a such a setting.
